Booking Terms and Conditions
- To reserve any room we require Card Details and a deposit of £40.
- Unless otherwise stated, prices are listed per room per night and include breakfast.
- Special Offers require full payment at the time of booking and no refund will made in the event of cancellation. Because of this and because stormy weather can disrupt ferry sailings, it is strongly advised that you have travel insurance should you need to cancel your stay at the Burlington for any reason or are unable to get to Arran due to cancellation of the ferry services
Please note we now accept major credit cards some have charges for guests wishing to pay by credit card.
We require 28 days notice to cancel rooms or full payment will be taken, if we can resell the room your payment shall be returned less deposit.
Cancellations within 7 days and no shows will be charged in full.
We are happy to accept payments by cheque, postal orders, bank transfers, cash with no extra charge.
Check in is at 2pm if you can give us a rough idea of when you will arrive that would be great. If you arrive earlier we can hold on to your bags for you and put them into your room when it is ready.
Check out is by 11am.
Dogs are welcome at the Burlington for an extra charge of £15 per stay, we ask that you do not allow your pet on beds or on the furniture. Dogs are welcome in the bar on leads as long as no other guest objects but unfortunately not in the restaurant.
We reserve the right to cancel terminate any booking when guests behaviour is unacceptable.
We cannot take responsibility for any loses incurred by ferries, please take out travel insurance to cover any cancellations.
We reserve the right to charge guests for the cost of rectifying any damage caused by the deliberate, reckless or negligent act of the guest to The Burlington.
Lost keys will be charged at £50 to guest cards.
£50 for extra cleaning for anyone smoking on the premises.
